Our Black Friday Sale drops this Wednesday 12/11 at 7PM AEST, and runs for 48 hours only!
Before shopping our Black Friday Sale, please take a moment to read through the info below.
Note: We won’t be processing returns or exchanges for change of mind, and no order changes can be made once your order is placed.
Q: What is the Push Pull Black Friday Sale?
A: Our Black Friday Sale is our biggest event of the year - featuring discounts on archive pieces and exclusive new drops made just for the sale, for 48 hours only!
Q: How much will everything be?
A: Expect discounts of up to 40% off, with nothing over $120 AUD. It’s the perfect time to grab the pieces you’ve been eyeing.
Q: Can I make a return on my Black Friday purchase?
A: Please note, our Returns Portal will be disabled during the sale and change-of-mind returns or size exchanges will not be accepted.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email customerservice@pushpull.shop and our team will inspect the issue and arrange a refund if applicable.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for items that don’t fit or if you’ve simply changed your mind.
Q: Can I use a discount code?
A: All discount codes (including loyalty rewards) will be disabled during the sale period as everything is already heavily discounted. Hold onto your codes - you’ll be able to use them on future regular drops!
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Due to high demand, please allow a little extra time for your order to arrive.
We’ll be working hard to get everything shipped out ASAP, but it may take up to 1-2 weeks to reach you. Thanks for your patience and support!
Q: Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
A: Unfortunately not - please double-check all details before checking out.
We won’t be able to make changes to items, sizes, quantities, delivery addresses, or any other details once your order is confirmed.
