CUSTOMER POLICY
Our Customer Service Team operates between 9am – 5pm AEST from Monday to Friday. You can expect to receive a reply to your inquiry within 48 hours.
Any enquiry regarding a customer order can be made by contacting customerservice@pushpull.shop. Please include your full name and order number in your enquiry so the team can help you out as efficiently as possible.
Customers have 24 hours to amend their order if needed. It is up to the customer to make sure the details of their order are correct, including name, an accurate address and type/quantity of items ordered. Beyond 24 hours we cannot make further changes to an existing order.
Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours, as long as there are no unexpected delays. Customers can expect to receive their items within 5-10 business days of dispatch depending on their location. If there are extensive delays with receiving your order, please reach out to the team and we can help you out.
If you receive the wrong item, only part of your order, or if your item is faulty, we will strive to replace this for you depending on stock availability. If there is no stock available to replace your incorrect item, we will provide a full refund to you.
For returns regarding change of mind or incorrect size, we can exchange these items for an equivalent value of store credit that can be used on any future purchase with us.
