Q: How much will everything be?

A: During our Black Friday capsule, enjoy discounts of up to 40% off! Hoodies will be $100, and Tees will be $40.
 

Q: Can I make a return on my Black Friday Capsule purchase?

A: Please note that our Returns Portal does not process change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for purchases made during our Black Friday sale. However, if your item appears to be faulty, we’d be happy to assist—just reach out to us at customerservice@pushpull.shop, and we’ll arrange for an inspection and a full refund if applicable. Unfortunately, if your item doesn’t fit or you’ve simply changed your mind, we’re unable to accept returns at this time as all returns will be disabled on our Returns Portal 

 

Q: Can I use a discount code on my purchase?

A: All discount codes will be disabled during our sale period as everything is already heavily discounted, including our loyalty program discount codes. Hold onto these discount codes if you've got them and you'll be able to use these on another regular drop of ours in the future :)

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: With a heavy influx of orders expected, don't be surprised if it takes slightly longer to receive your goodies in the mail. We will do our best to get these orders out to you ASAP, but it may take a week or two to reach you!

 

Q: Can I change my order after it has been made?

A: We know it will be tough, but please make sure all of your details are correct BEFORE checking out as we are not going to be able to amend order details after they have been placed. This includes amendments to items, quantities, delivery addresses, or any other order details. Again, with a heavy influx of orders expected, we won't be able to action changes to orders.
