    Welcome to our Boxing Day Mystery Box FAQ page! We’ve put together some answers to help you make the most of our biggest sale of the year. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to get in touch with us directly at customerservice@pushpull.shop

    Q: When does the Boxing Day Sale start and end?

    A: Our Boxing Day Sale kicks off on Thursday 26/12/24 @10AM AEDT, and runs until stocks last! Be sure to shop early—our Mystery Boxes are limited and tend to sell out fast! 

    Q: What’s in the Boxing Day Mystery Boxes?

    A: Each Mystery Box contains a mix of unreleased exclusives, best-sellers, and some of our favourite pieces from 2024. There are three price tiers to choose from:

    • $100 Mystery Box- valued at $200
    • $250 Mystery Box- valued at $500
    • $400 Mystery Box- valued at $800

    The fun is in the mystery! You’ll never know exactly what you’re getting, but we promise it’ll be good.

    Q: Can I pick the items that go in my Mystery Box?

    A: Nope, part of the fun of the Mystery Box is the surprise! We’ve carefully curated each box to give you a mix of exciting pieces. Each order will be different as our system will shuffle items for EVERY individual box.

    Q: Are there any size exchanges or returns for the Mystery Box items?

    A: Due to the nature of the Boxing Day Mystery Boxes, we cannot process change-of-mind returns or size exchanges for any of the items. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at customerservice@pushpull.shop for an inspection and potential refund. 

    Q: Can I use discount codes during the Boxing Day sale?

    A: Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items, including the Mystery Boxes. Our Boxing Day Sale prices are already at their best, so save your discount codes for a future drop:) 

    Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

    A: Once your order is confirmed, we’re not able to cancel or change it. Be sure to double-check your order and personal details, including size, address and email, before placing your order!

    Q: I have a problem with my order. What should I do?

    A: If there’s an issue with your order—whether it’s a faulty item or something missing—please contact our customer service team at customerservice@pushpull.shop. We’ll get back to you ASAP and sort things out!

    Q: Can I buy a Mystery Box as a gift?

    A: Absolutely! Our Mystery Boxes make great gifts, but please keep in mind that we cannot process returns or exchanges if the recipient doesn’t love what’s inside.

    Q: When will my Boxing Day sale order ship?

    A: We’re doing our best to get all Boxing Day Sale orders shipped as quickly as possible! However, due to the high volume and consecutive public holidays, please allow a bit of extra time for processing. Orders are expected to ship within 3-10 business days. Rest assured, we’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order is on its way!
