You're rewards are automatically applied when you go to checkout. If you are experincing issues with this ensure you are using your account at the checkout.

Points are allocated after your order payment has been successfully processed. In the case your order is refunded or returns your points will be deducted from your account.

All rewards are shown both within your accounts page and on all relevant site pages. Member exclusive products will be made visible along with member exclusive prices as long as you are logged into your account. You will also only see the release time allocated to your level when you are logged in, accounting for your early access.

If your member exclusive prices aren't being reflected within the checkout ensure you are logged into the same account within the checkout itself. The most common cause of this error is using Shop Pay with an email that doesn't match your account's email.
