    What is this & who can join?

    This is a way to express our gratitude for supporting our brand! We aim to make it easy for our community to earn points towards their next purchase. Accumulate points through purchases, referrals, social media engagement, and even on your birthday! <3

    How do I earn points?

    Each purchase on our site earns you 5 points for every $1 spent… but that’s not the only way. To discover additional ways to earn points, please visit our Rewards Page.

    You can check your points balance by logging into your account on our website and visiting our Rewards Page!

    How do I redeem my points?

    To redeem your points, simply click on the "Redeem Points" tab. Here, you'll find all available rewards, and if you have enough points, you can claim your reward!

    Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    Nope… Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

    What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

    Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

    Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel an order with us (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

    What happens if a friend I refer either cancels or returns their order?

    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

    Why did my account balance go down?

    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

    I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and update your points :)

    Can I use my points during checkout?

    Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

    How do I leave the program?

    If you no longer wish to earn points, please email us at customerservice@pushpull.shop to request unenrollment. Keep in mind that if you're unenrolled, you'll lose any accumulated points. Should you choose to rejoin in the future, simply contact us at the same email address, but note that your points will start from zero again!

    Can I receive points if I already follow you on Instagram?

    Yes! Click the link for “Follow Us on Instagram” under the Earn Points Section and it will register that you already follow us and give you the points! :)
