    Returns and Exchanges Policy

    Hey! Welcome to our return policy. We want you to be happy with your Push Pull gear, but if something's not right, here's what you need to know.

    Can I Return My Item?

    If you're not 100% stoked with your purchase, you can most definitely return it. Maybe you got the wrong item, the size isn't quite right, or perhaps you just changed your mind - that's all cool. You've got a 14-day window from the day you receive your order to let us know you want to make a return.

    How to Return

    Head over to the Returns section of our Help Centre and follow the steps to kickstart your return or exchange. Here you can pretty much manage your return yourself, choosing from the possible reasons provided and the outcome that you are after. If you run into any issues, no stress - just email us at customerservice@pushpull.shop.

     

    Possible outcomes

    If you are after a return, here is what we can do for you:

    1. Refund: We'll return the full amount you paid, minus a $10 handling fee, back to your account. This will happen once your returned item is back at our warehouse.

    2. Exchange: If the size isn't right, we can switch it out for the same item in a different size - as long as we have it in stock. If we don't, you'll need to select another option. We'll cover the return shipping costs and start processing your new order as soon as we have your return on its way back to us.

    3. Store Credit: Prefer to choose something else later? We'll give you a discount code equal to the value of your returned item. You can use this for any future purchase. Plus, we'll cover the return shipping costs.

     

    Just So You Know

    The 14-day return window is pretty firm, and late requests won't be accepted.

    Please allow a couple of weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to show up on your statement. We will be in touch throughout the process to keep you updated.
